holiday search tool. Once you have found a holiday you need to check availability
then make your room choices and add your passenger names to your holiday. Once you
have reached this stage, you may enter your credit card details and confirm your
booking.
b. to book a flight, you will need to search for a flight using our flight search
tool. Once you have found your flight, you need to check availability and then confirm
your passenger names. Once you have reached this stage, you may enter your credit
card details and confirm your booking.

5. How accurate are the prices on
Packyourbags.com
?
Packyourbags.com
is one of the first late availability sites that allows you to check 'live' availability
of your selected holiday in real time, giving you 100% accurate pricing once you
have made an availability search. Many tour operators 'lead in' price excludes taxes
and airport transfers and can be based on a specific number of people sharing a
room. For this reason you may notice a difference between the initial 'lead in'
price and the final price payable. Where there is a difference in price we clearly
identify what the differences are.

tour operators structure their prices slightly differently. Please complete your

Yes you can book your holiday from outside of the UK.

is an international company and looks forward to hearing from you. Unfortunately,
at this time we cannot provide you holiday insurance if your journey commences outside
of the UK.

8. How can I find out about the accommodation?
Details of your accommodation can be seen in the itinerary information provided
during your search. Unfortunately, some tour operators do not provide us with information
on all their hotels. If this is the case, please call us on

and a Travel Consultant will be able to provide detailed information on the
hotel you are interested in. In some cases tour operators will offer much reduced
prices if you are prepared to travel to a resort without knowing which hotel you
are staying in. In this case, we are unable to help further, although we maybe able
to identify a selection of possible hotels.

9. How do I pay and what are your credit
card charges?
We accept the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners
Club (Please note credit card charges apply of 2% of the total cost, 3% for American
Express and 4% for American Diners Club).

10. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you have booked your holiday, you will be given a booking reference number
which confirms your booking.
If the confirmation page does not appear after you have pressed the book button,
please call us during our opening hours and we will confirm if there has been a
problem making the reservation, please assume your holiday has been booked once
you have pressed book, even if the next page did not appear.

23. Deposit booking
Where we are offering a 20% promotional deposit,
in the event you cancel your booking you will be liable to pay the full cancellation
charges made by the tour operator who supplied the holiday, plus any administration
fees that may arise from

cancelling the holiday on your behalf. The
20
% deposit is a promotional scheme valid on certain holidays where indicated and
gives you the customer the opportunity to secure a booking using a small deposit.
If you choose this option you enter into a contract with
Packyourbags.com
; you will have booked the holiday and will be required to pay the full amount of
the holiday at the specified time or be liable for any cancellation charges applied
by the tour operator in the event you wish to cancel. Where any deposit on a holiday
is paid we will send you a letter or email outlining the balance that is due

weeks prior to your departure. The balance will be due

weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment
has not been received for your booking with us at this point.
