Description: The Paphos Beach Hotel was one of the resorts first hotels (1973) and became fantastically popular. Time moves on and the Thanos family, owners also of the Annabelle and Anassa, felt that it needed updating. Its location in eight acres of gardens within walking distance of modern Pafos and the amazing Roman mosaics could not be improved but the hotel itself was getting a bit dated. You can see the result of this transformation in the contemporary style and state-of-the-art amenities of the sleek Almyra. Its spacious accommodation and new childrens facilities are perfect for family holidays. A traditional ouzeri serves Greek delicacies for lunch. Notios, the pool grill and bar, is open all day, and Mosaics, the main restaurant, serves freshly caught fish and international dishes in the evenings; it has attracted a chef from Nobu in London and the menu has some wonderful items. The lobby bar extends out to a terrace with a great seaview, the perfect place for a sundowner.
