Getting to Italy
Possible though it is to drive to Italy, it is much quicker and usually cheaper to fly to Italy. There are range of around 25 main airports here however, the most popular are generally nearer the bigger cities, especially Rome and Milan, with a myriad of smaller airports around the country. Flights are usually direct with airlines such as British Airways and EasyJet and last around two hours to the main cities.
An Impressive History in Italy
There is more than 3000 years of history in and around Italy, creating an intriguing and beautiful setting with some of the most fascinating and varied historic tales. The influence of religion on this country is still evident today in it's traditions, holidays, architecture and most importantly it's people; many of the Italian people are devout Catholics and enjoy sharing the religion with those around them on the public holidays.
